The Learner Tier is designed for individuals who want to begin or strengthen their wellness journey through education, reflection, and self paced learning. This tier provides foundational knowledge and recorded resources so participants can explore wellness at a comfortable pace while building awareness and consistency. The Learner Tier Experience participants will develop a strong foundation in wellness awareness & education, learn through recorded guidance and reflection at a self paced.
The Healer Tier is for those ready to go deeper by applying what they learn to transform their daily life. It bridges knowledge and practice, guiding participants through live experiences, monthly rituals, seasonal detoxes, and ancestral nourishment. The Healer Tier Experience invites participants to actively apply workshop teachings to everyday life while receiving live support and guided practice.
What You’ll Learn
Mind: Awareness as the First Medicine
This section explores how thoughts, habits, and emotional patterns shape daily choices. Participants examine self talk, stress, and belief systems, learning how awareness creates the doorway to healthier living.
Body: Learning the Language of the Physical Self
Here the focus is on nourishment, movement, rest, and preventative care. You teach how the body communicates through sensation and symptoms, and how daily practices can restore balance before illness takes root.
Spirit: Where the Nervous System Finds Safety
